Fullworks Fire Safety Australia is a fire safety company based in Perth, Western Australia. We deliver fire safety products such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets and accesories throughout Australia and also provide fire safety services within Western Australia.

We are passionate about excellent service, great value pricing and great quality products! We want YOU, the customer, to experience a refreshing change when dealing with us. We are happy to provide advice, provide a personalised service or simply deliver the products that you choose. Our service is centred around the needs of YOU, our customers.

The company contains more than 30 years’ experience in the fire safety industry and has vast knowledge and experience from outside of the industry also.

We are constantly improving the way we do things and with the products that we offer to provide even better service and value.

How do you operate?

Fullworks Fire Safety operates both with an online ecommerce shop and also direct sales, installation, servicing, training and consulting. We aim to make fire safety both simple and inexpensive.

We make purchasing fire safety products online very safe and simple via this custom built website and can supply most products Australia wide.

For customers wanting products to be specified and / or installed, our trained technicians can visit, advise quote and install. We have fully stocked vehicles, so can react quickly.

How is your pricing simple?

Everyone pays the same prices, website pricing is available for all customers but is supply only, pre paid and delivered by a courier service of our choice.

Products that are installed (Perth Region olny) are sold at a slightly higher price to cover our travel and labour overheads.  You can rest assured that the pricing is the most competitive pricing in Australia.

Why are you cheap?

We are not cheap! Our pricing is set at a point that provides very good value to the customer and makes us very competitive in the vast online world, unusually however, we also back this up with excellent service.

We keep costs down by simplifying administration and being efficient in everything that we do.  We are constantly looking at ways of making fire safety more cost effective for our customers.

Is your product cheap imported rubbish?

Our product is certainly not cheap imported rubbish! We sell very high quality products at low prices! We only sell products that we would be happy to receive. The majority of fire extinguishers and fire safety products sold in Australia are imported from Asia, however the quality can vary wildly so we ensure we supply only the best quality Australian Standard certified products.

All of our products are NEW, manufactured in the current year (unless stated) and not reconditioned.

We assess and test each product before we add it to our catalogue so you can rest assured that everything we sell is an item fit for the purpose it was designed for!

Can I still get a discount?

Yes you can! For large orders we can offer discounts. Contact us for more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept most major credit cards, EFT, cash, and cheque. Approved trade customers can utilise an account facility that will also be valid for online purchases making purchasing fire safety products a simple hassle free process.

Although it is quite obvious that we sell fire safety products, we also offer other services, including installation, servicing, training and consulting services. Information is provided on the website regarding these services; however feel free to call us to discuss your requirements.

We prefer electronic forms of contact as this means we can reply when we have an available moment. We will respond within 24 hours, and normally much quicker. If your questions require a longer response time we will update you as we progress with your answers.
